Distributor Agreement

Sefio Company, having its registered office at 201, Mukund Villa, Sports Complex Road, Indralok, Bhayender East, Thane 401105, hereinafter referred to as "Company", and "Distributor".

Terms:

1. 1. The Distributor is appointed to sell and promote Sefio products.


2. 2. Commission: As per business plan.


3. 3. Payment: Weekly via bank transfer, post deduction of taxes.


4. 4. Distributor must:
   
   • . Sell ethically and avoid false claims.
   • . Not share company info or data.
   • . Not create unofficial websites or pages using Sefio name.
   • . Attend training sessions and follow company guidelines.
   • . Follow company rules, policies, and code of conduct.
   • . Attend mandatory training and meetings.
   • . Avoid false or misleading promotions.
   • . Cannot sell competitor’s products without written consent.
   
   
5. 5. Strict Restrictions:
   
   • . No use of Sefio name/logo without permission.
   • . No creation of unauthorized websites, groups, or materials using the brand.
   • . No collection or misuse of customer data.
   • . Must not make personal guarantees or financial commitments on behalf of the Company.
   
   
6. 6. Termination:15 days’ notice by either side.
   
   • . Immediate if there’s any misconduct, fraud, or policy breach.
   • . On termination, return all company materials, items, stock, and data.
   • . Stop using the company’s name/branding immediately.
   
   
7. 7. Confidentiality:
   
   • . Business info must not be disclosed to any third party.
   • . Business information must remain strictly confidential even after termination.
   • . Legal action will be taken in case of data leakage.
   
   
8. 8. Legal: All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.


9. 9. No Employment Relation: This is not an employee-employer agreement. Distributor is an independent business promoter. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship.
